Hi! These poachpods work great. Much better than the cheap knock offs. The trick is to use a lid on the pan to help the heat circulate and cook the tops. Also, praying or oiling the pod before putting the eggs in helps a lot. I'm a huge fan of fusionbrands other products too. You should check out their new foodpod. You can boils eggs in it or veggies, clams. or other food. Looks cool too, like a sea creature. Enjoy!

I agree with you. Jan is really really good at cooking and her cooking sense is remarkable.
Before I knew Jan, first I have to say "soryy", but I thought most American people don't cook very much. Actaully when I went to America 15 years ago, in the supermarket many Americans basket were full of -- instant food, junk food. But since I knew Jan, I'm always encoraged cooking for my husgand and me.
Do you know anything fusionbrand cooking products???
My husband prefer Jan's meal to my meal.
