Yesterday I was going to take a walking exercise in the afternoon.
When I started, coincidentally I met the woman next door. Then we decided to have a teatime. It was a good excuse to stop taking a waking exercise. Usually I do 30 or 40 minute walk. Well our tea time was about for one and a half hours. Yuki was astounded.
In the afternoon I went to the gym. The stuff of the gym was so surprised.
Last night I was staring at our household accounts book. Of course nothing happened. and this month We didn’t use money as we expected. “I” am a good manager.
My mother passed away. Yuki’s mother moved to a new nursing home. Yuki’s situation has changed. Our way to use our retirement changed.
In the evening I had teatime with my friend.
On the other hand yum I bought some snacks for his wine. At night he had a zoom meeting with his friends.
Today it will be the third time for him to take the immunotherapy. We hope he will take it. It depends on his blood score. We also hope his pneumonia disappears.
Yesterday there was a happening. It caused my panic. We visited our lawyer. We had no appointment to visit him, but he accepted us, of cause before visiting him I called him. It was a busy day. But I went to the gym in the morning.
Today in the evening I am going to go to a fancy confectioner to have tea with my friend who finally became 60 and the same generation with me.
Today it seems to be a busy day again.
In the morning, I go to the clinic, and drop by at a confectionery to buy some gifts. Then I will go to the gym it might be a tight schedule. So, I might go to the gym in the afternoon.
I no longer need to wait a video call from my mother. I try to take a walking exercise in the afternoon. But considering paying the fee for the gym, it should be better to go to the gym in the afternoon. Basically the members use the gym once a day.
Do I go to the gym today?
Yesterday I discarded one ladle, which I still used sometimes. Because Yuki bought a new ladle at a 100yen shop. Why? Yesterday Yuki dropped by at the 100 yen shop, there he found it which was introduced on TV as one of the 10 best things which are very convenient, though I didn’t see the program. Nowadays his one of hobbies is to buy inexpensive goods and food (mainly B grade pre -packaged food or can food). So he bought the ladle.
I don't want to increase kitchen gadgets more. To tell honestly the old ladle was expensive because I got it at a famous kitchen gadget shop. (I didn't want a new ladle.)
Well I wrote about trivial things as usual.
Yuki pays 400 yen every time when he plays tennis. So if I could go to the gym 10 times a month, we pay almost the same money for daily exercise spending.
Additionally he doesn’t go playing tennis when it rains or he is not so good. Of course in that case he doesn’t need to pay tennis fee. But in my case without the weather and my condition my gym monthly fee is withdrawn automatically.
Today we go downtown to do some errands including visiting a city bank. Probably we will have lunch outside.
These days we often have meals outside. “I” have to think about our retirement budget, though it can’t be helped.(It is my habit of saying)
Anyway it is sunny. We will go out to refresh ourselves.
It is raining today. We stay home lazily. According to the weather report it was going to snow. Luckily it is raining. How are you spending this weekend?
Today I hold laughter yoga meeting. It is the first time this year, probably three women will come. Organizing this meeting is one of things what I do in my 60’s to my residential community.
Today I will go to the gym again.
This bread is pumpkin bread I baked with HB. I used frozen pumpkin paste which was the rest of New Year’s feast.
There is only black soy beans paste I made as New Year’s feast in the freezer. I am going to bake another bread with it. And will use up all the rest of meals I made for the New Year.
We went to see our daughter's individual exhibition in Fuji, though Yuki's aim was eating the local famous YAKISOBA.
We could see our daughter’s individual exhibition and one day tour in Fuji city.
I had an annual gastroscopy. It had no problem. Doctor said “your stomach comes from the stress”.
We visited a lawyer and asked him to become my attorney officially . So my daughter and I don’t need to talk my elder brother.
Additionally, yesterday we also went to dentist.
Today I need request some certificates to some city halls. But it doesn’t cause my stress.
Anyway today it is difficult to go to the gym. Probably I will go there tomorrow.
But it was a good day for me. I had a good counseling. Then I was going to come back by train. I didn’t research the train schedule. I got to the station I was very surprised. I had to wait the train about 40 minutes. It Is a small station, there is no place to wait inside. I left the station and looked for a cafe. Thankfully there was an old small cafe. The owner was an old lady. Then I called Yuki. Yuki came to pick me up. He came there earlier than the train.
Then we dropped by at a shrine. We found the nests there.
Do you know what kind of birds made these nests?
Today “I” go to a new clinic which is a psychosomatic medicine. The clinic is in the same city but for me it is a little bit far to drive. I will go there by bus and train. (Or Yuki might give a drive, though I try to go there by myself).
It is difficult for me to deal with my up-down feeling. I met the doctor or of the clinic at a meeting of cancer patients and their family. She is a doctor and counselor.
Anyway I should go out .
I wore my original kimono jacket. I “boasted” about it. Most of them know that I seldom sewing , so very surprised and praised me like mothers do. (Most of them are older than me)
This coat is a little bit difficult to dress well. Cafe Karaku is a suitable place to it. I was happy.
Yuki has no schedule, because today all public tennis coats closed. Yuki is going to organize his room. It means he goes out to find something convenient or interesting gadgets to 100 yen shops and electric shops.
This year I continue making haiku and short video with Yuki’s music.
A new week has started.
On Japanese calendar, it is a holiday. We have no plan.
Unfortunately I am not so good, though I have no fever. I will spend lazily in my room while living down.
Yesterday we went to the library and borrowed lots of books.
There we found the CDs Yuki donated are on the shelf to lent them.
Today I will go to the gym . It will be the first time of this year. Then in the afternoon each of us is going to go to get a haircut. Thankfully Yuki has enough hair to go to barber shop.
The first errand was taking out garbage. It is the first garbage day of this year. We took out garbage at a certain time, but probably garbage truck won’t be able to come on time because of lots of garbage.
And I “decided” to walk to nearby commute center to return books I borrowed. I will walking exercise on the first regular day——- probably.
It is in 2024.
Yuki doesn’t need to go to the hospital. He is well. I have no fever, I am all right.
On the first day, all members of my family got together. Then our younger daughter and granddaughter stayed with us for one night.
Today there are two members, Yuki and me. It is a usual holiday. From tomorrow our usual day starts, it means Yuki is going to go playing tennis. I ......?! though the gym opens from tomorrow.
On the other hand it is sad a big earthquake occurred. It recalled us of the Kantou east earthquake. I remembered the day spending all the day with only one portable kerosene heater. It was really difficult to get more kerosene. So I tried saving it. (Yuki was not here because of his business trip and he couldn’t come back quickly because the train didn’t work. )
I hope people in Noto area will get calm days as soon as possible.
It seems to be cloudy. The washing machine is working. But it might be difficult to dry the laundry including blankets and bed sheets. Do we need to go to a laundromat nearby?
