I did 30-mitnues-exercise

I "dislike" (or hate) excersise. My friends who know me very well, knew it, apparently I seems to be good at sports. (just I praised my self)
On the contrary I'm not in good shape. Coldness ( and probably aging) makes me worse.

This winter my right sholder always hurts. According to the doctor I'm suffering a light hernia symptom of cervical vertebrase. (I'm not sure this sentense makes sense) because of the coldness and aging.

I'm really disappointed. I know I'm getting old, and I alreday have a light menopausal disorder.

ANYWAY I need exercise to warm my boday.
So I went to do 30-minutes-exercise using instruments in a fitness club. Recnetly the fitness club opend, and it is getting populer among women who don't like sports very much.

Not so bad, my family recomends to continue it.
If I don't hesitate to go out there, I can do it probably.

Now I look for partners, who persistently ask me to go there.
About doing exercise, I'm really negative.

I also dislike the thought of exercise. But after I exercise, I feel good and I realise I enjoy it. My body loves to exercise.

Even though I know that My body feels good after swimming, I hate to get ready for swimming - to pack my swimsuit and goggles, walk to the pool, change my clothes. What a hassle. I often talk myself out of going to swim, even though part of me wants to go.

I have exercised for years and have made it a part of my life. I have aches and pains, just keep on going, it does make me feel better. Good Luck on your exercise :-)

Thank you for your putting commnets.
"My body loves to exercise." I know it, I agree with you.
"What a hassle", I say "absolutely".
But I know I also talk myself out of going to do exercise.

I hate going to the gym, too. A few years ago my husband and I started an exercise program together. He continued, lost 20 pounds, and ran a marathon. Now he is training for a triathalon.

In sharp contrast, I work out less and less and have gained weight. I like how good I feel after I exercise. But it's difficult to find the time. 詰まらないと思います。

You say "It's difficult to find the time", in my case I usually have time to do it in the morning, but thinking about the schedule from the afternoon, I feel trouble some to go out for "exercise".

Well about the word "詰まらない" , you'd like to say bored? If it is right, the word is written by only HIRAGANA "つまらない".
詰まるmeans cram --probably.
