It is cloudy. Last night it was raining. Now it doesn’t rain. Yuki goes to play tennis in the morning. In the afternoon he goes to the hospital to get a CT. We will see the doctor next week. If it is not so hot, I will go to 5e hospital together and walk back home by myself. It is a good walking exercise.
Though probs I wrote this thing before, let me write it again.
One of gym mates, who we knew each other 7 years ago and is now 75 years old. Her every day is almost the same in her 60’s.
She walks around the gym for 30 minutes, before the gym opens. And she works about at the gym. After gym she goes errand shopping. After lunch at home with her husband, she does walking exercise about one hour near her house, or swimming pool. Then she prepares for dinner, and enjoy the meal with her husband and alcohols . Then she enjoys TV time.
When I heard about it, I thought she was crazy about exercise and she seemed to have no hobby. Additionally, she has a small vegetable farm, and nowadays she sometimes care for her ground children.
But, now I really understand how powerful she is.
Well, when I do walking exercise about forty minutes in the afternoon, usually after that I do stretching yoga practice for 30 minutes watching YouTube.then——- my afternoon is finished. I am so tired that I spend lazily watching TV, or reading some books. I try to do 30 minute piano practice, but sometimes I skip.
I know exercise is very important, but for me it is really difficult to continue exercise. Two of us, going to tennis is Yuki’s job, going to the gym or walking exercise (sometimes both) is my job. “Job” is not a suitable word. Anyway through these exercise, we get or keep or physical health. It seems to be paid fully.
Sorry for ranting. Without excuse I cannot do walking exercise.
