Happy Halloween !

Today Yuki canceled his tennis in the morning. Because he watches Otani!s game. Me? No I go to the gym.

In the afternoon we are going to the hospital to do paperwork, then on the way home we are going to buy Halloween  cake using voter discount.

We will spend a calm day.

However, now we are worried about our elder daughter T, though we can’t do anything. 

She called us a few minutes ago.She is in Dakar airport, and has already checked in for her flight.  Her schedul is to go to Paris, to go to Bangkok. Suddenly the flight of from Paris to Bangkok was canceled. 

Her ticket is of Air France. The new ticket Air France prepared was the one which schedule was two days later. If she used the ticket  she would have to stay in Paris for two days. 

If she had enough time, —-probably all right. (about money, probably all right. She has credit cards.)

If she had been with someone —- probably  all right.

If she had enough experiences about such travels —- probably all right. 

We are worried as her parents. 

But  Paris is a big city, so she will manage to do this happening.

On the other hand, what she worries is to lessen the days for her to make her works. In three weeks a group exhibition is going to be hold, she has to exhibit her works which are made at Bangkok.

While I was writing it, another message came from her. 

She could contact with a staff of the gallery which sponsors her “journeys”. When she arrives at Paris, they talk about the better plan for going to Bangkok.

Lunch diary 1026

I didn’t know that, my YouTube’s aren’t watcher easily when I put them directly using this blog editor .

So I linked my lunch diary of last week.

Yuki has already gone to play golf. Before 2hours ago, it was raining. Now it stopped. The weather forecast was “correct”. 

Yesterday, I did “walking exercise” a little while Yuki was at clinic. 

A report says, on the premise that we are healthy (and peace) what we want to do (kind of dream), time and money are keys to live positively. The most important  key is probably having what we want to do. 

When we get older to keep the premise is very difficult, isn’t it?

Yuki has cancer but he looks healthy and acts healthy. He has enough muscle mass.

I don’t have severe illness, but I am not confident of my health. I need not to lose my mussel more and physical power. 

I should go to the gym this morning.

I learned this phrase “ the ruling coalition fell short of the majority.

Anyway we went to vote last Sunday. Then we got a voter discount ticket.  Unfortunately there are a few stores where we can use the tickets. However fortunately at a cake shop nearby we could  use it. 

Yesterday my younger daughter and granddaughter came here. It was a substitute holiday because last Saturday it was her school sports day. But main thing was for my younger daughter to do paperwork at bank. 

So for two of us since today usual weekday have started.

We went there in casual wear. We thought "we should have come here in clothes to go outside with wearing "jewelry"."

Good morning 1025

 

It is cloudy. This weather makes me a little bit depressed, though I am all right. 

Today it is the first day for Yuki to take another immunotherapy. It is the first day, so I go to visit the doctors together. then I have to go to see the dentist. It is a busy day. 

In the world global warming is a big issue. I really feel it is warmer than usual in October. It is the first time for me not to put on a sweater this Halloween season. 

Yesterday suddenly I decided at least I will discard one item of my clothing “once a week”. This time I discarded “two” pairs of socks. They are two week”s worth of amount of my clothes to be discarded.

It is sunny. I should go to the gym in the morning. 

Fortunately from this Friday, Yuki’s. Ext treatment starts. He has to go to a clinic three times a week. It takes 15 minutes  to the clinic by car. He plans that before going to play tennis, he visits there, or in the afternoon he visits there. When he visits there in the afternoon, I will go together and walk back to the home. Probably he will pick me up on the way home. It is a good opportunity to do walking exercise, though it is “just a plan”.

Yesterday I got a call from the lawyer. There is still one thing I have to do. It is just paperwork. And it will be the last thing, probably. 

Though I renounced my mother’s inheritance, I had  lots of things.  Anyway my action that I asked  everything including talking to my younger brothers, was a good thing (expect lawyer fee).

It is a clear day. Yesterday I checked my clothes for fall.  Than I expected I have lots of clothes, including for business attire. However I could not make it less. 

I discarded one shirt. And now there are three clothes in a temporary box which is between a trash box and a storage box.

Shang I have to do today is to go to the gym. I seem to have. O dizziness. I seem to be spend today calmly.

Last week we had lunch outside more than we planned. It was fun, though "I" was a little worried about our monthly budget.

Our eleder daughter T is fine, she is woking on her project in Senegal.Probably there are lots of difficult things, becasue their main language is Frech. However the main food is rice (it is a different type, and they usually cook rice with oil). So she says "I can manage to spend every day".

Yuki and I found a clinic to treat his illness by another immunotherapy. Probably he will visit the clinic three times a week. It is not so big, so it isnot so troublesome to visit there.

A new week has started!

As my plan, I will go to the gym more.

Can you see minestrone soup? Yesterday we got it and took out at Costco. For our dinner we had some which was diluted. We had the rest of it this morning.

Today in the morning I hold laughter yoga meeting. Yuki goes playing tennis. 

In the afternoon we look for a clinic which accept  a treatment Yuki wants.

It is sunny. 

Today our gardener comes. If you know our garden, probably you say “why don’t you trim by yourselves?”. We know. It is one way to save our money.

We tried to do,  but we didn’t do it well, so we gave up. 

Since we met the gardener, 20years have passed. At that time he was young. Now three of us get old. 

He knows our garden well, so we don’t need to stay home. Actually today we go to Costco. And I take CBT treatment. On the way home we visit a small clinic.

Yuki has already gone to play golf. He is really fine. 

Yesterday we were really busy? tired.

At the hospital its computer system was partially down in the morning. Though it was  restarted before the noon, we had to stay there much longer than we expected.  Anyway we did our paperwork, so it was all right. 

We talked with a counselor and nurse at the hospital to get information of Yuki’s next step.

As “I “ expected, she couldn’t  talk to him enough. He tried to claim or ask more logical or theoretically explain. I made him stop. Because the atmosphere was like a quarrel. It was a futile effort. 

On the other hand, than I am thinking, he is unstable and with anxiety. Additionally another trouble has append about his mother and brothers. We will visit the lawyer  again in a few weeks.

What do I have lunch for today? I am alone. I have already had my quick breakfast. And now I am thinking about my lunch.  I seem to have enough appetite, so I am all right.

It is sunny. 

Yesterday we went to the countryside to have pizza. We had a forty-minute  good drive to refresh.

We took the rest to go.Today’s breakfast is the rest of them.

Our usual day has started. Today we are a little bit busy. 

We are going to another clinic to get advice about  Yuki’s next step treatment, and also to go to the hospital to do paperwork.

Then, we should go to an appliance store to buy a microwave. 

Last night finally a button suddenly didn’t work. (The symptom occurred sometimes.)

It is all right that we have something to do.

 A new week has started. But today on our calaneder, it is a holiday. Tennis coats are closed, the gym is closed. So we have no schedule. Oh, no! Yuki is busy in watching baseball game of Otani. In the morning.

Yesterday we went to the library, and borrowd somoe books. On the way home we had coffee break at a bakery cafe.

I’ve just come back. Yuki is taking his last immunotherapy.

He has still pneumonia without any symptoms, so has to take steroids. In his case the word of “remission” isn’t applied. Anyway the tumor is asleep. 

We are thinking about next step  to  a make the tumor asleep  more. It is not covered by our health insurance, though it is not  natural medication. We talked about it to our doctor. He didn’t show his smile, as we expected. However if Yuki want to do it, it is all right (depends on the budget). The truth is that the survival rate of his cancer is still not so high.

It seems to be sunny. It is the first time for Yuki to play tennis this week.

I will stay home in the morning. I might go to the gym to do one round exercise.

Yesterday, a friend gave me a lot of green peepers grown by her saying “they are the last of this year”. So I stir-fried then with Temenjan paste. I shared them with my neighbor who lives alone. 

I won’t be able to join a real Haiku meeting this month because it is day to go to hospital with Yuki. (I think I will quit the Haiku club). But I am a member of the other Haiku meeting on net. Today it is the day to post some Haiku to the net club.

It is raining.  It is cold. Our Heater is on now. 

Yesterday’s my performance was good, I think. Thankfully my friend and I had enough audience. They seemed to enjoy our performance. 

Today’s Yuki’s tennis was canceled. So! ——- he is going to Costco with his tennis mate. To say more precisely, the mate doesn’t have his member’s card. He sometimes gets Costco products from his child, but he hasn’t been to Costco. So Yuki takes him to Costco to eat “the big hotdog”.

I finished taking apart kimono which is my friend’s. They need to be rinsed by water.  Today I am going to rinse them by washing machine quickly, iron them and dry them in a room. I feel light-headed, but it is okay to move slowly, or elegantly,

It is raining. We stay home in the morning. I play the piano at Karaku cafe in the afternoon. Yuki goes band practice at night. These are our activity today. 

Yesterday I was taken to the clinic because of my dizziness and head congestion.  It seems we do it have effective medicine. It comes from autonomic nervous disorder.

Though I am not feeling well, I have an appetite. So after seeing the doctor we had lunch outside yesterday.

Yuki is all right. Which is a sick person?

Our elder daughter is in Senegal She is making some things taking into Senegal culture. 

Coincidentally, the ambasedar of Japanese Senegal embasy is from this city. And he was ahead of her in  junior high school.

Good morning. Four  hours ago our elder daughter arrived at Senegal. Senegal is 9 hours behind Japan.  I hope she is asleep after long trip.

Yesterday I was going to the gym, but I needed doing some errands including paper work. It took longer than I expected. 

Today I am going to the gym. 

For this week I have discarded ten (small) thins . When I discard some things, I feel fresh air comes in the room.

Today it is really cool, though we don’t put on the heater. Yesterday it was really hot. Even I  wore T-shirts. 

Yesterday’s concert was very fun. 

Well finally our elder daughter T leafy for Senegal. She is on a plane now. She is going to create some things at a gallery in Senegal. This project is supported by a balladeer and Japanese embassy in Senegal. 

When this protect started, she was full of anxious and expectation. She sent her paper work materials in advance, but they haven’t reached yet. So she bought one more big suitcase, and took it with her other baggage. She is going to stay there about one month. The suitcase she sent in advance is through customs and in Senegal. But it has not delivered yet. She needed to get lots of vaccination. Anyway she could keep in her shape. 

Yuki and I are really proud of her behavior. Now her project has started.

Well, 

Her plane departure time was at midnight. I was awake and before the plane departed we exchanged message. Next message is going to come tomorrow.

Today’s breakfast  was “cheese & chicken bake”. Yuki went to Costco yesterday. 

Today we will go “ noon concert” at a prefectural office. It is free. Of corse “free “ is one of reasons we go. But the more important reason is Yuki's friend performs there.

And it is a good excuse we eat lunch outside.

 October has started.

It is a comfortable day for me. I am wearing a long sleeved shirt. Not so hot not so cool for me. 

Today we have no plan. The main members of Yuki’s tennis club is on trip. There are not enough numbers of people to play tennis today, so today’s tennis activity is canceled. 

Though it is an excuse, when he doesn’t go playing tennis, I don’t go to the gym. 

He wants to go to Costco. So we might go to Costco in the morning.
