Yesterday afternoon I gave up! I seemed to get heat stroke. I canceled  a meeting on zoom. This morning I feel better, but stroll not fully recovered. The main symptom is dizziness.  I hope I will go to KARAKU today.

I could have light breakfast. In the morning I stay quietly in my room.
