Coincidently I got them.
Ho do I eat them --- too much.
Anyway we had some for our breakfast.
So I peeled them.
I make sweet peel and bankan jelly.

I have never seen bankan, but I think they must be very sour! It is clever to use both the peel and the flesh of the fruit so nothing goes to waste.

Probably compared with other Japanese orange (not mandarin oranges), not so sour, however from you it might be very sour.
Anyway though it was troublesome, but after the job I was really satisfied with doing it.
