One day drive

We did one-day drive. It was the first time of this year.
I found an article that a famous old TENGU mask at a old temple is available until 15th of this month.
So we went there. It was about one hour drive.
The temple called HORINGI was bigger than we expected.
So we felt we were in a sightseeing spot. Fortunately it was not so crowded.

Then we had lunch. This area is famous for TORAFUGU (Japanese pufferfish), but it was expensive, so we had "usual" SASHIMI-bowl.
You might wonder why we have SASHIMI-bowl here because we have no sea.
The reason is we are JAPANESE. And unfortunately they didn't serve Japanese noodle during winter vacation season.

Then we visited a local shrine in the town.

And we also visited river fish production processing firm --not fisher shop. There they culture river fish, so we can get eels at reasonable price.
To tell the truth, at the restaurant we had lunch, they serve a eel-bowl at 3300yen.
It is actually less expensive than others restaurant in other towns.
But I bought one eel at 1500yen.

Then we visited, a small historical point where recently they were renewed.

In Meiji era, about 100 years ago, in this area there used to be "JINSYA TETSUDOU" handcar railway like Atami town. Now it is available as one of sights pots of this area.
Does it make sense?

Then we dropped by a big discount supermarket.

We came back about 4 PM.
And our dinner was the eel which was grilled by me.
