Good morning. It is rainy. Though Yuki’s tennis is canceled, he is busy in setting his computer. I don’t know what “new” gadgets are necessary to organize his music workstation. 

Today I will go to the gym. Unfortunately (or luckily) I will cancel my walking exercise because of rain. But according the weather forecast it will clear up in the afternoon.

It is sunny. Since last night Yuki has being set up his new Mac. The new version of a music creating software (DTW) is still being downloaded. Since it started nine hours have passed. The reason why he bought his new Mac is that, the new version of its software was released after 10 year interval. Unfortunately his older Mac can’t catch up with it because of being old. So his old Mac is still used as his usual computer, and new Mac is used to compose digital  music. 

His cave became tighter, though “we” constantly discard 10 things. 

Today I go out with my friend downtown. My exercise work is off!

It is cloudy, but it seems to become sunny : weather forecast says.

Unfortunately a new Mac didn’t come yesterday. It will come today. Yuki plays golf all the day. 

Yesterday I went to the gym, then I was drawing two picture cards.   These cards are delivered to an elderly who lives alone in this community. I don’t know who will receive my cards. 

Anyway My kits for drawing picture cards are used effectively..

Once I sent such cards to my late mother and Yuki’s mother. Tomorrow our two daughters visit Yuki’s mother.  Probably since then they will sometimes visit her instead of us.

It is rainy. I am going to the gym. Yuki stays home. Today a new Mac is going to come. He hopes it comes in the morning. His today’s schedule is setting up a new Mac. Tomorrow he is going to go playing golf, so he won’t stay up late at night. Anyway for a while he is very busy in his hobby.

Yesterday we talked to a radiologist. She explained his CT picture.

The shadow of pneumonia never disappear, it remains as scar. This time the shadow got smaller and thicker. It means it is changing into scar. So the amount of steroid medicine has decreased. But she says that the step of decreasing it has to be done very carefully. It seems to rebound easily. “Rebound, what?”.  “Pneumonia “. 

Additionally he asked her about his weight. 

His face seems to be round (it is said by our elder daughter). The doctor says that it seems to be caused by steroids called moon face. And gaining weight is also caused by steroids, because steroids bring to increase his appetite. He was advised to control his weight. He does exercise enough, so he try to take less carbohydrates—— it means the amount of rice, not alcohol.

Utsunomiya LRT (street car) has started since last summer. 

Finally we took on the train. We just took the train from Utsunomiya station, and went to the terminal station, then we came back on the same train to Utsunomiya station. It is a Japanese version. But if you are interested in it, please drop by．

It is the last week in May. Rainy season is just around the corner. 

Today we see another doctor at the hospital. She is a radiologist. She explains more detail his CT result. Yuki’s main doctor is very busy. So thank to her, we always face to his illness calmly.

Our herbs are growing. I seem to enjoy my herb garden this year again.

Yesterday he could take immunotherapy. His tumor marker is within normal range. The result of  CT is all right. And fortunately the shadow of pneumonia is getting smaller. So the amount of medicine (mainly steroids) has decreased. 

There is only one week in May. We seem to have had lots of things this month. 

Now he is planing to buy new Mac PC to improve his music composing surroundings. Mac he wants is very expensive, though there is already on our purchase item list  of our retirement life which was made 5years ago. It must be a happy thing to buy items according to the schedule. 

Additionally the payment to the lawyer we asked about my mother’s inheritance issue was unexpected.(I abandoned my right of it. )

Good morning. Today’s breakfast is the rest of yesterday’s dinner. Costco???? Baked pie. 

Today we see the doctor, and the Yuki is going to take immunotherapy. After seeing the doctor I will walk back home as my walking exercise. But it seems to get hotter. I might wait for him at nearby a cafe. 

In an hour we will out.

Today, it is our Costco day, or my clinic day to take cognitive behavioral therapy. Yuki has already made an item list Yugao to check at Costco. (I hope only “check”). 

We will go out in an hour.

Last night I saw a bad dream. I lost my passport, so I couldn’t leave for somewhere. When I was looking for it, I found it was my dream because my passport has already expired. 

I wish I could travel abroad and visit my friend. Anyway I improve my physical and mental power. ( about budget, it is another thing.)

Actually such a thing happened on my friend. 

Her passport expired on the day she left . Her family and she noticed that when they tried to go through immigration. She could’t through. The other members of her family traveled abroad.

Well, today in the afternoon we are going to visit an art gallery where our friend’s picture is displayed. In the morning we should do our own exercise program (tennis or going to the gym).

It is sunny. Yesterday I took a friend to Costco, though she drove. I showed my member card to enter there. She really enjoyed. I also enjoyed watching her. While we were walking around there, we were always laughing. I don’t have any complain about things other people try to buy.  On the contrary I sometimes say “if you are wondering if you buy, I think you would take this occasion to buy it! “ (Does it make sense? What is the natural phrase?) 

The day after tomorrow Yuki and I are going to Costco, so I didn’t buy anything but two hot dogs. 

They became our dinner.

Additionally I always tell Yuki “not to buy things if you show a little interest to” (Does it make sense?)

Yuki had a live stage. His tennis mates came and watched "him". For one of them it was the first time to see Yuki wearing another outfit instead of tennis outfit. He seemed to be "very" surprised.

On the other hand, though I was there, I understood who were his tennnis mates at a glance.

 Today I hold a laughter yoga meeting at home.

I will serve this tea after laughter exercise. This box is a present from my daughter’s on Mother’s Day. 

Yesterday I felt dizzy in the evening. I went to bed very early after taking a hot bath. Today it is so so. 

It is really difficult for me to adjust autonomic nerves. My nervous system gets in disorder easily by weather, anxiety and excitement.

It is cloudy. Last night it was raining. Now it doesn’t rain. Yuki goes to play tennis in the morning. In the afternoon he goes to the hospital to get a CT. We will see the doctor next week. If it is not so hot, I will go to 5e hospital together and walk back home by myself.  It is a good walking exercise.

Though probs I wrote this thing before, let me write it again.

One of gym mates, who we knew each other 7 years ago and is now 75 years old. Her every day is almost the same in her 60’s. 

She walks around the gym for 30 minutes, before the gym opens. And she works about at the gym. After gym she goes errand shopping. After lunch at home with her husband, she does walking exercise about one hour near her house, or swimming pool. Then she prepares for dinner, and enjoy the meal with her husband and alcohols . Then she enjoys TV time. 

When I heard about it, I thought she was crazy about exercise and she seemed to have no hobby. Additionally, she has a small vegetable farm, and nowadays she sometimes care for her ground children.

But, now I really understand how powerful she is. 

Well, when I do walking exercise about forty minutes in the afternoon, usually after that I do stretching yoga practice for 30 minutes watching YouTube.then——- my afternoon is finished. I am so tired that I spend lazily watching TV, or reading some books. I try to do 30 minute piano practice, but sometimes I skip.

I know exercise is very important, but for me it is really difficult to continue exercise. Two of us, going to tennis is Yuki’s job, going to the gym or walking exercise (sometimes both) is my job. “Job” is not a suitable word. Anyway through these exercise, we get or keep or physical health. It seems to be paid fully.

Sorry for ranting. Without excuse I cannot do walking exercise.

It is the middle of this week. After my performance day, I am tired. Sometimes I think that “I got old, when I was young my days were scheduled fully all the day.

The reason why I am tired is not by my performance. I talked too much with people. I played only 30 minutes. But I were for three hours at Karaku cafe with talking someone. 

Taking needs lots of energy. 

Today it is a usual Wednesday.  I go to the gym. I will organize my home library.

It is sunny. But it is still a cold morning. The heater is on. 

Today , it is my performance day at Karaku. Though it is obvious, one month definitely passed. We are happy to keep do No regular things. We are not so busy, probably being lazy at home (or chilling out at home —- positive expression? ) while watching TV or youtube seems to be longer than being active. Both two of us says to each other “it is all right.”

Last week, we enjoyed seasnoal sweets, like "chimaki", "kashiwamochi", and special cake.

We should do more exercise! 

However it is rainy today. —— I am able to go to the gym.

It is sunny. Today  I have my Haiku meeting. Though I wants to say “ it is fun!” , actually it is my study time. The atmosphere is really serious for a beginner of me. On the other hand I also attend another haiku meeting on the net. It is just posting my haiku. I post some of my haiku easily once a month. 

Additionally there is a fun thing to attend the real haiku meeting. All the members are older than me, and they dress casually but properly. So I k what kind of clothes I wear today. It is a good opportunity to organize (or discard) my clothes.

It has almost stopped rain. But we don’t know usual tennis coat Yuki’s group uses is open or not yet.

Yesterday we visited his mother in Tokyo. She is fine. But unfortunately she seems to space out most of the day. She is still worried that until when she is able to stay the elderly nursery home. For her moving to this home seemed to be a big burden. She is now 97? years old. Changing her surroundings gave her a big stress. If someone visits her more, her anxiety could be eased. 

However, she enjoys the meals served there. It is a good thing, isn’t it?

Today I am going to get a hair cut at my friend’s beauty saloon.

It is cloudy. The wEather forecast says it will rain in the afternoon.

We are going to Tokyo to visit Yuki’s mother, though we don’t call her nursery home. Our schedule depends on them. 

Both of us somethings talk about our mothers and brothers. From when the troubles about our brothers started? Anyway “ "There is no use crying over.”

We do what we can do today.

It is a usual Tuesday. But it is raining, so Yuki doesn’t play tennis, (he has no work.) Today’s his schedule is to get hair cut, to receive chiropractic care, to go golf practice, and join his band practice at night. 

My schedule is, to see dentist, and to go to the gym. If it stops raining, I will walk to the gym. I should practice the piano. 

Our usual life has come back. Following our daily routines makes us happy.

It is the last day of this big holiday. But for two of us it is a usual Monday. we are going to a nearby community center to borrow some books. Nowadays I  often place hold some books I want to read on the library website and receive them at the nearby community center. It is about 7000step walk exercise there and back. 

While our younger daughter’s family were here, we ate too much. Exercise is a necessary thing.

Akari(our grand daughter)’s family comes. Yesterday we already went grocery shopping, and had lunch outside.

The second half of a long holiday has started.  The radio says that all highway and bullet expresses are crowded. Well, when we have breakfast, we turn on the radio instead of TV.

No tennis, no gym. So Yuki and I have no schedule. Probably we go grocery shopping. This weekend my younger daughter’s family comes. 

I know it is a nice day to organize gardens. The man of our neighbor has already started organizing his “vegetable field”. He is planting some vegetable seedlings. 

These days I constantly weed until a  big bucket gets full.  It is an added morning errands of mine.

It is sunny. I should dry winter cover of sofas and carpet. They are already washed and mostly dried at a nearby laundromat. As the final step I want to dry then under the sun.

Yesterday it was cold for me. I turned on the heater.  

It is our usual day, probably. In the morning Yuki goes playing tennis, I go to the gym. In the afternoon I should walking exercise. Yuki might go fishing to the nearby river, go practicing golf, or compose his music on PC. 

I joined a volunteer activity. It is that to send postcards to elderly people who lives alone in this residential area. This activity is organized by our residential community. Most of volunteers write at the community center once a month together. However it was difficult for me to attend on the scheduled days. So I write my postcards at home and take them to the residential office.

It’s about to rain. Yuki’s tennis has already been canceled. Though I am going to go to the gym, he has no schedule. Do we go shopping? “No”. Yesterday we spent much money because of the sudden visit of my friend from Osaka. But today it is  a discount day at a Yuki’s favorite drug  and liquor  store. So he goes shopping as usual Wednesday bu himself.
