Here in Japan it is troublesome to discard four electric appliances, such as TVs, fridges, air conditioner , and washing machines. We have to discard them according to Home Appliance Recycling Law. When we change them into new ones, it is easy. Because the shop discards the old one. If they are new, probably used shops will buy them. When we discard old ones, we buy recycled tickets, and take them to the place which is specified by city.
Of corse we can ask a disposal contractor, though it is very expensive.
It requires some expenses to discard big things, and the cost is getting higher little by little.
