Today I hold a laughter yoga meeting. Two senior ladies are supposed to come. Though I usually prepare something sweets, one of them finally prohibited to take sweets strictly to control her blood sugar. It is all right to take natural sugar from three times meal.
I made coffee jelly without sugar.
Oh, I have to say it.
Finally Yuki trimmed trees in our garden last evening. Additionally I also did it lightly in early yesterday morning.
