While I hesitate to Muya new one, Yuki bought an iPod at a used shop. He uses iPod in his car to listen to music. His previous one was old like my iPad. The capacity is not so big, so he changed to another one which has more capacity. He “finally” (according to him ) found a suitable price and ability iPod at a used shop. The new one was about 9000yen. I don’t know it is suitable price or not. Anyway it is of course cheaper than latest iPod.
Today I am going to the gym. In the afternoon I am going to the chiro nearby to get a massage with my health insurance. Y back pain seems to be worse than I expected., though I love massage so it is not troublesome to go there. I will walk there slowly. It is also a good light walking exercise.
