Yesterday, we changed our schedule, and did about one hour drive. We went to a soy sauce firm to buy ‘special soy sauce and vinegar, though I can’t tell what is special.
Anyway the soy sauce and vinegar is used at some famous hotel in Tokyo, and the owner sell them at really reasonable price to the customer who come there directly.
